Meet Marie Celano, LCPC

Marie Celano is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University. Her education provided an integrated approach preparing Marie to address the psychological needs of individuals, families, and organizations. She has worked with children, at-risk youth, adults and couples. While working at Job Corps, Ft. Meade, Baltimore County Schools, and the Samaritan Women, she has interacted with many victims of abuse and trauma.
Marie’s experiences have led her to obtain further training in Trauma in order to help bring healing and life transformation. Additional trainings include: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), EMDR, and a Certificate in Narrative-Focused Trauma Care from the Allender Center. Marie is a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist from the Association of Partner Specialists and Trauma Therapists (APSAT’S) that has equipped her to work with Betrayed Partners.
Marie is licensed in the state of Maryland #LC5761. This clinician currently provides supervision at Safe Harbor Behavioral Care and is not actively seeing clients.
