Sally Fogle brings nearly three decades of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s toughest seasons with compassion, wisdom, and a practical approach to healing. Whether you’re facing anxiety, trauma, grief, or family challenges, Sally meets you exactly where you are, with no judgment and deep understanding.

She specializes in working with those who have experienced dysfunctional family dynamics, relationship difficulties, boundary issues, PTSD, depression, anxiety and spiritual struggles. With a warm and encouraging presence, she helps clients discover healthier coping strategies and shift limiting thought patterns.

Rooted in her Christian faith, Sally offers the option of integrating biblical truths into the counseling process for clients who desire that spiritual lens while also welcoming and respecting people from all backgrounds and belief systems.

Sally also has a strong passion for supporting couples, whether you’re working through marital issues or seeking premarital guidance to build a strong foundation.

She holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Maryland with a clinical focus and experience as a family mediator. She has worked with Safe Harbor since 2012 as a clinical therapist.

Sally enjoys her country life with her husband, dog, cat and chickens.   She loves working side by side with her husband in the garden and beekeeping. She is active in her church with women’s ministry and outreach.
