She uses therapeutic treatments such as CBT, TFCBT, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths Perspective, Person Centered, Person in Environment, etc.

Tiarah received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and after her Master’s Degree in Social Work. And she has received clinical training in CBT, TFCBT, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered, and Person in Environment treatment modalities.
When Tiarah’s not working, she enjoys crocheting, reading a good book, and watching a good series. She also enjoys spending time with family/friends, going on adventures with her dog, and trying new restaurants all around the city.
