Lisandra aims to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where clients can feel safe and heard. She believes in building a collaborative relationship with each client, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey. Lisandra uses a variety of treatment modalities, including psychopharmacology and mindfulness techniques, tailored to each client’s unique needs.  Her approach is holistic, focusing on both the mind and body, and she prioritizes open communication and empathy to support clients in achieving their personal and mental well-being goals.

Lisandra believes that mental health is an integral part of overall well-being, and that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing.  Mental health challenges are a natural part of life, and seeking support is a brave and important step toward self-discovery and resilience. Everyone’s journey is unique, and Lisandra works to create a space where individuals can explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors freely.  By fostering trust, empathy, and collaboration, Lisandra helps individuals develop the tools they need to manage their mental health and navigate life’s challenges in a way that aligns with their values and goals.

Lisandra cherishes spending quality time with her husband and child.  They enjoy exploring new destinations through travel and enjoy simple moments at home.
