Emily has been working in mental health since her undergraduate internship. She pursued her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as a result of her belief that counseling is a powerful tool to aid people in not just coping with but also thriving in their life circumstances. Emily\u2019s experience prior to becoming an outpatient counselor includes working in inpatient care, crisis intervention, and school-based counseling.
