She was inspired to become a mental health counselor to ensure all her clients feel seen and heard. She recognizes that mental health affects people in&nbsp;different&nbsp;ways,&nbsp;and her primary goal is to always remain attentive to and focus on her client\u2019s biopsychosocial needs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chelsea is also certified in SEL\/mindfulness and implements this&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in treatment with clients. She approaches therapy with the understanding that mental health affects the whole body.
