She was inspired to become a counselor as she believes a strong, trustworthy client\/therapist relationship is key to successful outcomes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keisha specializes in a person-centered approach, allowing individuals in her care to lead the conversation and make deliberate choices to support their healing. Because mental health affects every area of life \u2013 thoughts, feelings, and actions \u2013 there are times when people need help navigating challenges that can negatively&nbsp;impact&nbsp;their well-being. Keisha believes her role is to support individuals during&nbsp;difficult times&nbsp;and help them regain a healthy mindset.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients can expect a safe, comfortable atmosphere with Keisha, who fosters transparency and a nonjudgmental presence throughout treatment. Inspired by her large family, Keisha enjoys helping others by&nbsp;participating&nbsp;in church and community-related activities, such as food and clothing drives.
